An austere buck, the Goatmeal pours pure chocolate brown, with a thick mocha-colored head. Dark and delicate notes of espresso and cocoa swirl lusciously on the tongue, gliding smoothly to a sweet-dry finish.
The New Zealand Motueka hop delivers aromas of fresh lemon and lime in this golden colored, hop-forward, Northwest IPA. It has just enough malt character to balance the bitter and finishes dry. Hops: Motueka, Cascade, Amarillo
Those of you that have been around since the beginning (the OGs--you know who you are) recognize this as our first brewed and most beloved beer. We aimed for a pale and ended up with an imperial IPA. Call it dumb luck or happy accident--we couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. The Australian Galaxy hop brings tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavors. It has a pleasant caramel, malty backbone and finishes dry. Hops: Galaxy
This mouth-watering sour ale was brewed with loads of pineapple, pink guava, and passion fruit. With big tropical and citrus fruit flavors and a tart, crisp finish, Fruit Grenade is a flavor explosion.
Brewed exclusively with grain from Skagit Valley Malting, this beer’s rich malt character is sure to cut through the winter cold. Boasting aromas and flavors of toasted bread, toffee, and candied orange, Mammoth finishes with a pleasant warmth that will invite you back for another sip.

Our ALS lager is light, clean, and boasts fruity and dank aromas and flavors. The finish is crisp and hoppy. Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, HBC 630 (a new experimental hop), and others. This is a blend so it has eight total components, but three make up the bulk of the mix. Malt: Pinlsner Malt (again, it was a blend but the bulk was Pilsner)
Home-brewer Jimmy Jacobson’s beer was a finalist in the 2019 Inland Brewers Unite Home-brew club “IBU Challenge” competition and was selected by the Iron Goat Brewing staff to be brewed here on site. The stipulation of this Home-brew contest was that all the entrants had to brew a beer using a blend of kveik yeasts of Norwegian origin. Jimmy named his stout after Nott, the Nordic Goddess of Night. It’s so smooth, with a hint of fruitiness, and a slight chocolaty finish.
