Lucky You Czech Pilsner
This crisp and refreshing czech pils is about to become one of your favorite beers. This lager has a subtle floral aroma and a clean malt flavor, with just a hint of fruitiness. It finishes with a soft, clean, spicy bitterness that invites you back for more. If you've got this beer in your glass, all we can say is "Lucky You."
Una Fria Mexican Dark Lager
Roasted caramel malts give an amber color and a sweet, fruity nose to this medium bodied lager. Its crisp, clean finish makes this beer an easy-drinker.
Brewski's Blonde
Formerly known as Trashy Blonde, this slightly hazy blonde ale delivers citrus and floral aromas from additions of orange peel and honey. Motueka hops added during fermentation deliver subtle hop flavor with only slight amount of bitterness. Hops: Motueka
Bob's Your Uncle Brown Porter
Bob's Your Uncle Brown Porter is a milder, sweeter form of porter than Robust Porter, but not as mild as a brown ale. Brown porters typically have more complex caramel flavors and less of a roasted flavor than robust porters. It has a medium body and is well balanced between the malt flavor and hop bitterness. A very drinkable, well balanced dark ale without the roast barley flavor of stout.
Buzzsaw McThunder Juicy IPA
Pale gold in color, this Juicy IPA boasts bold, dank aromas of grapefruit and pineapple with mango, papaya, and citrus pith flavors. It finishes clean and slightly sticky with a mild lingering bitterness. Note - to see the inspiration for our goat mounted rocket ship riding mascot, do a quick web search for Buzzsaw McThunder. Hops: Citra Amarilla, Simcoe, Mosaic
Goatmeal Stout
An austere buck, the Goatmeal pours pure chocolate brown, with a thick mocha-colored head. Dark and delicate notes of espresso and cocoa swirl lusciously on the tongue, gliding smoothly to a sweet-dry finish.
Head Butt West Coast IPA
The New Zealand Motueka hop delivers aromas of fresh lemon and lime in this golden colored, hop-forward, West Coast IPA. It has just enough malt character to balance the bitter and finishes dry. Hops: Motueka, Cascade, Amarillo
The Impaler Imperial IPA
Those of you that have been around since the beginning (the OGs--you know who you are) recognize this as our first brewed and most beloved beer. We aimed for a pale and ended up with an imperial IPA. Call it dumb luck or happy accident--we couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. The Australian Galaxy hop brings tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavors. It has a pleasant caramel, malty backbone and finishes dry. Hops: Galaxy
Seasonal
Blackberry Apricot Sour Ale
An American Style Sour with Blackberry and Apricot. It finishes crisp and clean with a subtle fruit finish.
Goatnik Russian Imperial Stout
A deep, dark, roasty Russian Imperial Stout. Goatnik pleases the palate with hints of coffee and chocolate matched with generous late kettle hop additions. This winter seasonal is always delicious.
Barrel Aged
Bourbon Barrel Aged Bob's Your Uncle Porter
Our award-winning brown porter, aged for 10 months in a Buffalo Trace Whiskey Barrel. In addition to the chocolate and dark fruit notes found in the original vesrion of BYU, this beer also boasts hints of vanilla and oak.
